How To Get Rid of Inverse Psoriasis ? (My Experiences)

After 12 years with inverse psoriasis, and maybe 6 years with plaque, I have really turned it around, and I stayed away from the biologics. Inverse behind my ears, and groin. Plaque on knees and elbows. Im sorry I dont have pictures for you.

I have tried countless topicals and supplements. Very few made much of a difference. Steroid creams helped, but I dont like using them.I have felt waves of desperation at times. 6 months ago I was again trying to figure out if the biologics were worth it. I really couldnt to pay for them anyway.

I used to constantly read medical abstracts, trying to find any glimmer of hope. I have no medical background.

I found these by way of those. Pine bark has a brand name of pycnogenol, but like I said I got a bag of capsules from bulksupplements.

So, here is my current regimine:

-500mg Pine bark extract capsule, bulksupplements.

-500mg Resveratrol, DoubleWood.

I take these each a.m.

-Topical called Sorion, but I dont really even use it now.

Found this first, it helped a lot with the inverse. A bit with the plaque.

Pine Bark supposedly works by blocking the production of the specific inflammatory marker, some interluekin-number.

I also cut out my many food triggers, wheat, grains, corn, beans(soy), most nuts, most seeds. I try to eat high quality meats and veggies, some fruit.

I also have fibromyalgia, and take 2.0mg of naltrexone at night, which completely eliminated my pain. I dont know how that may play into it.

Also a bit of anxiety, for which I take 600–800mg of L-theanine, and my confidence takes over.

I hope this helps someone, it has been a tough journey.
